Payment and cancellation policy

Upon registration you will receive an invoice. The registration of participation is binding and requires you to pay the conference fee within two weeks after receiving the invoice. In case of cancellation before September 30 2017 we charge 40% of the conference fee and/or pre-conference workshops. A cancellation has to be done by sending an e-mail to elec@han.nl. After September 2017, there will be no refunds for cancelled registrations.
