If the item you require is on loan, you can easily make an online reservation:
- Open the HAN Catalogue
- Find the required item and click Available for reservation
- Fill in your student or staff number
- Fill in your password (your initial password consists of the first three letters of your last name)
You can reserve a maximum of ten items. You will be notified by e-mail when the item is ready to be picked up at the desk of the location. Reserved items will be held for seven days.
Borrowing, requesting and reserving items is free of charge and possible at all locations of the HAN Study Centres.
